Yes. Every session will include an engineer to help you set up and walk you through the entire process so you can focus on your performance. 

Your files will be sent to you within 48 hours of via google drive link for you to download. You will need to download your files immediately after receiving as the link will expire for storage purposes. You can also bring your own drive to get files same day. 

We have 4 mics available to sit in for the session. Guests are welcome to wait in studio or in our waiting area. 

Yes. We try to make it as easy as possible to book your sessions with our list of services. We understand that certain projects can be a little different. You can book a consultation to find out more about how we can accommodate your project and customize your order. 

If you need to cancel your pre-booked session, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded. Contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule.
